Make an error easy to check
- Include the address of the page and the heading or sentence involved.
- Explain what seems incorrect and, if possible, link to the relevant VA or federal source.
- For a calculator issue, include a fictional or non-identifying set of percentages and left/right locations that reproduces it.
- Tell us the result you expected and the result displayed. If it is a display problem, include the device and browser.
You do not need to send your decision letter or prove your disability to report a website issue. Remove names and other identifying information from any screenshot.
